BACKGROUND

Graphground is a web-based software for creating uniform graphs utilizing the smart scaling feature. The software has some high-profile pilot users and the feedback has been mainly positive. The rights of the software were owned by University of Jyväskylä and the development was in the hands of Adafy Ltd.

With a messy cross-device experience and lengthy user journey, Graphground had unhappy users, and needed help with their core value proposition, possible distribution channel and future product roadmap.
